The present invention relates to a nematode composition comprising maleic acid and copper sulfate, wherein the nematode composition exhibits a control effect similar to that of conventional chemical pesticides, and thus root-knot nematodes, etc., which are resistant to existing chemical pesticides, can be controlled. In addition, since the nematode composition does not cause environmental pollution, residual toxicity, and human toxicity, it can be used as a crop protection agent that is more beneficial to the environment and human body and to reduce pesticide residues.
