Disclosed is a phase locked loop-based frequency fixing device capable of reducing noise through adjustment of a phase difference period. The phase-locked loop-based frequency fixing device capable of reducing noise by adjusting the phase difference period according to the present invention provides a predetermined pulse signal according to the phase difference in the phase difference detector through an iterative frequency adjustment process performed after the frequency is fixed. When is output, by randomly changing the period of the pulse signal according to a random code value output through the random number output device, the magnitude of the control voltage fed back to the voltage control oscillator can be randomly distributed. The invention can reduce the noise of the output signal by attenuating the power of the spur by distributing the frequency band of the spur of the output signal output from the voltage control oscillator into a wide band.
