摘要
Disclosed is a multi-frequency simultaneous driving type ultrasonic cleaning device based on multiple vibrators, which is characterized by comprising: a washing tank which accommodates an object to be washed and washing liquid therein in order to wash the object to be washed by an ultrasonic energy which is delivered to the inside through a vibration plate constituting one surface; a plurality of first vibrators which are individually installed to be spaced apart on the outer surface of the vibration plate and generate a first ultrasonic wave with a basic frequency; a plurality of second vibrators which are individually installed to be spaced apart between the first vibrators and generate a second ultrasonic wave corresponding to a harmonic wave of odd-number times the first ultrasonic wave; and a control unit which individually applies a predetermined control power to each of the first and second vibrators such that the first and second vibrators can simultaneously generate the first and second ultrasonic waves. Therefore, according to the present invention, the plurality of first and second vibrators, which individually receive the predetermined control power in a state of being alternately arranged to be spaced apart on the vibration plate, are provided in order to simultaneously and individually generate the ultrasonic waves corresponding to the relations of the basic wave and the harmonic wave in the same phase state from the vibration plate towards the inside of the washing tank. Consequently, unstable amplification (extinction) of a sound pressure in the washing tank can be minimized, such that the randomness of the ultrasonic energy performing a cleaning action on the object to be washed can be magnified, thereby fundamentally reducing or removing a standing wave phenomenon.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
