The present invention relates to a system for controlling and monitoring a valve for LNG bunkering, which detects the temperature and pressure of an inlet and an outlet of a quick valve, measures vibration generated in an inlet of the quick valve, controls operation of the quick valve in real-time, and collects and analyzes detected state data of the quick valve to calculate data for preventive maintenance of the quick valve so as to prevent an error and an accident of the quick valve. Moreover, based on temperature, pressure, and vibration values detected by a sensing unit in real-time, the system analyzes the state of the quick valve, performs control and monitoring in real-time, and analyzes and monitors an error of the quick valve, a part replacement period, remaining lifespan, a troubleshooting plan, and a part replacement time, thereby realizing preventive maintenance for the quick valve. According to the present invention, the system comprises an LNG tank, first and second fuel transfer units, the quick valve, the sensing unit, a valve control unit, a valve monitoring unit, and a valve management server.
