Managing Apparatus for Wearing Safety Cap and Chin Strap

Provided is an apparatus for managing normal wearing of a safety cap and a chin strap, which is configured to uniformly recognize whether a worker in a construction site or an industrial site puts on a safety cap and a chin strap to check, in real time, a normal wearing state of a safety cap so as to effectively ensure safety of the worker while preparing for a dangerous situation occurring due to an accident. The apparatus for managing normal wearing of a safety cap and a chin strap comprises: a safety cap including an external parent body of forming an external appearance, an internal parent body fixed corresponding to an inner side of the parent body and including a hair band enclosed corresponding to a circumference of an outer side of a head of a user and a buffer member buffering external shock, and a chin strap connected and coupled to the internal parent body and including a fastening bracket fastened by surrounding a chin of the user; a parent body wearing sensing unit installed on the safety cap to sense whether the safety cap is put on; a chin strap wearing sensing unit installed on the chin strap of the safety cap to sense whether the chin strap is put on according to whether the chin strap is fastened; and a recognition warning unit configured to recognize sensing signals of the parent body wearing sensing unit and the chin strap wearing sensing unit, and transmit and display a notification warning signal to the outside so that it is possible to recognize whether the safety cap and the chin strap are put on. The recognition warning unit transmits the notification alarm signal to the outside when sensing signals of any one of the parent body wearing sensing unit and the chin strap wearing sensing unit are not recognized.
