The present invention relates to an assistant apparatus for laser aiming and a laser weapon having the same, which can reduce the size of the laser weapon by integrating a laser distance measuring unit measuring the distance of a target for focus adjustment of laser for intercepting of the laser weapon, and a laser lighting unit irradiating the laser to the target for tracking and aiming. Therefore, the assistant apparatus of the present invention reduces load on a laser drive unit, reduces the size of the laser drive unit, and secures operation stability of the laser drive unit, thereby shortening the battle time and improving battle performance. In addition, since the size of the laser weapon is reduced, portability of the laser weapon is greatly improved.
