The present invention relates to a psychotherapeutic device capable of measuring brain waves, which comprises: a body; a band for wearing the body on a face; and a cushioning material combined with an inner surface of the body. The body has a manipulation button for manipulating an operation of a device, a voice output means for outputting a voice signal, and an LED bar at a position corresponding to eyes of a user. The LED bar has a first LED row disposed at a position corresponding to a left eye of the user and a second LED row disposed at a position corresponding to a right eye of the user. A protective film is provided on a side surface corresponding to the eyes of the user of the LED bar. The protective film includes an anti-reflective film and a window film. The psychotherapeutic device of the present invention further comprises: a brain wave measuring sensing means including a pair of brain wave measuring electrodes and a grounding electrode, which are installed at both eye parts of an inner surface of the body where the LED bar is installed to measure a brain wave which is a kind of a bio-signal; and a USB interface coupled to a personal computer or a smartphone. The psychotherapeutic device of the present invention is connected to the personal computer or smartphone, and operates brain waves of a user in accordance with a measurement request signal using the smartphone to transmit a brain wave signal sensed by the personal computer or smartphone.
