The present invention relates to a system for converting water temperature and salinity distribution information which can extract required information from raw data measured to analyze marine water quality and organize the information to schematize the information. The system comprises: a screen display unit which includes an operating button and displays information display windows of various forms; a file loading unit to load a raw data file selected by a user via the screen display unit among a plurality of raw data files including seawater information generated by a CTD device; a data aligning recording unit to search for identifiers of a water depth, a water temperature, and a salinity item which are a portion of the seawater information in the loaded raw data file to extract water depth, water temperature, and salinity information by peak to align and record the information on a worksheet in the information display windows; and a water temperature and salinity distribution display unit to calculate averages for water temperature and salinity in water depth interval units set by the user for the water depth, the water temperature, and the salinity information by peak recorded on the information display windows to display the averages in a temperature and salinity distribution graph in accordance with a water depth on the information display windows.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
