The present invention relates to a method for screening antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof using cells containing magnetic beads, and more particularly, comprising biotinylated phospholipids on cell membranes and streptavidin-magnetic-beads on the surface. The present invention relates to a method for screening an antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that specifically binds an antigen protein using a cell to which the complex is fused and a magnetic-based system.
