An object of the present invention is to provide a flow rate measurement apparatus capable of more accurately measuring a flow rate even in a low flow rate zone. The present invention is to provide a flow rate measurement apparatus including: a body having an inlet port, an outlet port on the opposite side of the inlet port, a flow channel connecting the inlet port and the outlet port, and a first space unit provided at the outside of the flow channel and fluidly connected to each of the inlet port and the outlet port; a flow rate measurement sensor disposed in the first space unit and provided to measure a flow rate of a fluid branched from the flow channel; a laminar flow element disposed in the flow channel; and a control board electrically connected to the flow measurement sensor and disposed in the body.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
