The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for approving deposit of a cryptocurrency exchange using a dynamic fee. To this end, the apparatus for approving deposit of a cryptocurrency exchange using a dynamic fee may be provided comprising: a rejection probability prediction module including an artificial intelligence program code for predicting rejection probability of an exchange deposit transaction based on transaction information of the exchange deposit transaction and generating rejection probability information; a dynamic fee calculation module which generates an instant deposit fee, which is an expected loss dynamically calculated based on the rejection probability information generated by the rejection probability prediction module; and a deposit approval module for determining whether to approve the deposit for the exchange deposit transaction based on the approval of a user account for the instant deposit fee.
