The present invention relates to an electric wiring fixing device for electricity of an apartment building, in which electric supply wires that are wired along an interior wall of the apartment building such as an apartment are stably fixed to the inside of an electric wiring tube having a configuration in which unit circular tubes are consecutively coupled to each other, and as a color of a thermochromic pigment applied to a second unit wiring tube among the unit circular tubes changes upon overheating due to an abnormality of an electric wire, a user or an administrator who has recognized the change of color with a naked eye is able to recognize a state of the electric wire with the naked eye after rotating a corresponding unit circular tube in place so that a first unit wiring tube, which is transparent, is directed forward from the interior wall of the apartment building.
