The present invention relates to a method for preparing a liposome-based nanocomplex and an anti-cancer effect thereof, wherein an antibody for selectively targeting CD66c, which is a unique surface biomarker of breast cancer stem cell, binds to give selectivity to a cancer stem cell and an anti-cancer agent is loaded to induce cell kill. According to the present invention, it has been confirmed that the nanocomplex prepared by binding anti-CD66c monoclonal antibody onto a surface of liposome shows less side effects and improves therapeutic efficacy through capacity of selective introduction into cells, capacity of killing cancer stem cells, results of reduced accumulation into vital organs during in vivo administration, and the like. Therefore, as a result of a study using the liposome-based nanocomplex according to the present invention, the liposome-based nanocomplex may be induced to improve cancer treatment as a target therapeutic agent for breast cancer stem cell (BCSC) and may be valuably used as an advanced anti-cancer therapeutic agent, which is a composition for selective drug delivery for preventing and treating diseases through applicability to various diseases.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
