The present invention relates to a manufacturing execution system (MES) supporting various activities for production activity optimization, including raw material input, design, development, manufacturing, and distribution, at a company where a smart factory is established. According to the blockchain interworking-type smart factory MES of the present invention, a blockchain management server is provided for each stage with respect to manufacturing process information generated in real time in multiple independent processes such as order obtainment/order placement, independent process steps, quality assessment/certification, and shipment/sales. A blockchain is formed between the different servers, data is stored in a distributed storage, and interworking is enabled. As a result, information loss or forgery can be prevented and information management can be transparent and reliable. The blockchain management server realizes the blockchain interworking-type smart factory MES by including: a security module ensuring data access integrity; a data audit module for conducting data reliability assessment and reaching a blockchain interworking agreement; a data management module for performing blockchain formation and distributed storage registration with respect to the data provided by the MES; a data storage module including an open distributed storage-based blockchain interworking interface; and a monitoring data processing module for data access at an external data access and search request. In addition, the blockchain interworking-type smart factory MES system interworks with an online user terminal including a mobile terminal and includes a monitoring app for the mobile and user terminals.
