Provided are a system for measuring the inside of a tunnel at high speed based on an around-view monitoring (AVM) camera, and a method thereof for measuring the inside of a tunnel at high speed. The system of the present invention comprises: a laser light source for projecting a laser on a surface inside a tunnel; an inspection AVM device including a plurality of tunnel inspection cameras for obtaining RGB images by photographing the surface inside the tunnel, and generating a panoramic RGB image for the surface inside the tunnel by analyzing the RGB images; a 3D sensor AVM device including a plurality of laser cameras for obtaining laser images by photographing a region where the laser is projected to the surface inside the tunnel, generating a panoramic laser image from the laser images obtained by the laser cameras, and obtaining 3D coordinates of points (hereinafter referred to as laser points) of the laser projected to the surface inside the tunnel from the panoramic laser image; an in-tunnel measurement device for measuring defect and deformation inside the tunnel by analyzing the RGB panoramic image and the 3D coordinates of the laser points; and an autonomous moving object for autonomously moving the laser light source, the inspection AVM device, the 3D sensor AVM device, and the in-tunnel measurement device.
