The present invention relates to a team bench with improved ventilation and heat conservation, which allows ventilation inside a team bench by forming a part of an awning screen made of polycarbonate at a rear side of the team bench to be opened and closed, and can change a position of a heating plate by having the heating plate including a heating wire at a rear side provided with a chair to ascend and descend the heating plate. Moreover, a circulator is provided at the uppermost side of the team bench, thereby assisting in ventilation inside the team bench and providing cooling air to the inside of the team bench at the same time. In addition, a solar module is provided to generate power by sunlight and thus, power can be supplied with components of the present invention together with a commercial power source.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
