The present invention relates to a blockchain access information system for Internet access which enables both freedom and reliability to be achieved through a blockchain-based access information providing method without using the existing centralized and rigid domain name system (DNS). The system receives, stores and shares registration of access information based on a distributed blockchain which is difficult to forgery, and makes it possible to easily register and change the access information while reducing restrictions on a special access name structure so that it is possible to use new applications which could not be provided by the existing DNS and to flexibly cope with a large amount of access information congestion such as registration of access information of Internet of things (IoT) devices and significantly reduce the costs of registration and maintenance.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
