The present invention relates to an image processing method of a CCTV camera with a radar module and an image processing method of a CCTV system including the same. The CCTV camera includes a stationary camera and a rotating camera. The radar module is integrally formed in the stationary camera. The radar module detects an object located in a setting area. When the object is detected by the radar module, the stationary camera acquires an image of the detected object and determines whether an event has occurred. When an event occurs from the stationary camera, the rotating camera tracks movement of an object, from which the event has occurred, and acquires an image. According to the present invention, it is possible to accurately detect an object by using the radar module regardless of the external environment of an installation location, and monitor an event occurrence situation by accurately recognizing the detected object with the camera module such that reliability of the system can be improved.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
