The present invention relates to an induction plasmid display system for selecting a plasmid encoding a protein expressing a specific property. In other words, unlike the existing system, the present inventors can display a protein plasmid having desired properties in a large gene mutant library generated through molecular evolution in vitro by forming a fusion protein with a plasmid, thereby displaying an induced plasmid that can be efficiently selected in a short time. Since the system was developed, it is possible to obtain a high-value product more economically and efficiently by selecting a protein having high activity or maintaining activity through the present invention and then applying it to microorganisms for production of substances of high industrial value.
