The present invention relates to a method for preparing a polyacrylamide hydrogel from which unreacted acrylamide monomers have been removed, and more specifically, a purification step of removing unreacted acrylamide monomers by filtering a diluted polyacrylamide-containing solution. It relates to a method of manufacturing a polyacrylamide hydrogel. According to the manufacturing method of the present invention, the unreacted acrylamide monomer is removed to a concentration less than harmless to the human body in a short time through the purification step, and the viscoelasticity is adjusted to facilitate injection into the subcutaneous tissue by polymerizing the crosslinking agent and the acrylamide monomer. Polyacrylamide hydrogel can be prepared.
