Composition is presented in the form of capsule containing 0.04 to 0.1 g of dry bacterial mass containing probiotic Lactobacillus rhamnosus lactobacilli and probiotic bifidobacteria Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium longum and Bifidobacterium infantis, as well as nutriceutically acceptable auxiliary components, including microcrystalline cellulose and a nutraceutically acceptable stearic acid salt in amount of 0.002 to 0.004 g, selected from calcium stearate and magnesium stearate, wherein the content of each of the species of probiotic lactobacilli and bifidobacteria is not less than 1x10colony forming units (CFU) per 1 g of dry bacterial mass.
