DEVICE FOR SEPARATING SAND FROM BATTLE OF CERAMIC BLOCKS AND METAL SCRAP

The device for separating sand from broken ceramic blocks and metal scrap contains a grate made of metal rods with an angle of inclination and an inclined plane with an arcuate handle. On vertically installed support plates at a slope, guides made of an angular profile are rigidly fixed. The guides extend beyond the vertically installed base plates and are interconnected at the top by a crossbar. The arcuate handle of the ramp is connected to the crossbar by means of an attachment chain. The inclined plane is located under the grill on the guides. On both sides of the inclined plane, metal strips from the angular profile are welded, extending beyond the inclined plane. There are hinge assemblies with adjusting screws on the metal strips. The adjusting screws are threaded internally. The lattice is a metal pipe on which metal rods of rectangular cross-section with a distance between the rods up to 30 mm are rigidly fixed. On both sides of the grate, threaded pins are rigidly mounted on a metal pipe. The pins are in connection with the adjusting screws. At the conveyor service platform, a rack with rollers for a flexible cable is rigidly installed, which supports the grid by means of a counterweight.
