Textured electrical steel sheet includes sheet steel, coating, which is located on sheet steel and contains element, coating layer A, which is a ceramic coating, characterized by an oxide content of less than 30 wt%, and a coating layer B, which is an insulation tensile coating containing an oxide, and which is placed on the coating layer A, where the coating has thickness in range of 1.0–10.0 nm, and in the coating, the atomic radius degree described by formula (1) is at least 10 % when denoting the atomic iron radius by the RFe symbol, and atomic radius of said element by symbol RA.
