FIELD: measuring equipment.;SUBSTANCE: current value and phase of voltage are measured at consumer in two modes: at short-circuited and connected in break of phase conductor of consumer branch of remotely controlled switchable test resistance, which value is set by the consumer's energy meter depending on current and allowable voltage deviation in the consumer. Actual values of load current of consumer are calculated based on measurement of voltages in two modes. Fact of uncontrolled consumption of electric power by consumer is determined as a result of comparison of design value of load current of consumer with value of current measured by consumer's energy meter, value of uncontrolled consumption of electric power is determined. Load of consumers at the controlled section of the distribution network is connected to the line through switched test resistances, remote controlled by electric power meters of consumers and consisting of a modem, a control unit, a unit of controlled keys and a set of test resistances.;EFFECT: high sensitivity of detecting place of uncontrolled power consumption.;1 cl, 3 dwg
