Liquid antiseptic and disinfecting composition contains a solubilising component, which is represented by zinc chloride, chlorhexidine bigluconate solution as a biologically active component and a complexing agent Trilon B, with the following content of components in wt%: chlorhexidine bigluconate – 0.1–0.3; zinc chloride – 0.3–0.5; Trilon B – 0.5–1.5; reduced water – balance.
