Biocomplex for stimulation of microarchitecture restoration of bone tissue of maxillofacial area contains thrombocyte enriched patient's autoplasma, nanostructured biostimulator, filler and Renamplastin activator, wherein the nanostructured biostimulator used is nanocristalline cerium dioxide, with the following ratio of components, wt. %: thrombocyte enriched autoplasma - 5–50; nanocristalline cerium dioxide - 1–5; activator - 1–10; isotonic solution - balance up to 100 %.;EFFECT: invention provides reduced time of bone structure integrity restoration due to optimization of reparative osteogenesis, as well as more convenient use of biocomplex due to creation of composition in form of gel, easy to use.;1 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl, 2 ex
