This invention relates to a method of manufacturing a clutch body for a synchronization device of a transmission, where the following steps of the method are implemented: a) the supply of a toothed clutch disc external (12) which is intended to cooperate with a sliding sleeve, b) the supply of a counter friction ring (16) which is intended to cooperate with a synchronizer ring, c) the application of a gasket friction (20) on the counter friction ring (16), d) the establishment of a non-releasable connection between the clutch disc (12) and the counter friction ring (16), and e) the discharge of a part of the counter-friction ring (16) at least partially provided with the friction lining (20) in a direction directed radially inwards, so that a counter-friction cone (18) is formed, which is intended to cooperate with a friction surface of the synchronizer ring.
