The object of the invention is a device for treating poultry, in particular fatty ducks, characterized in that it comprises a mast (12) static, self-supporting, at least three arms (12-1, 12-2, 12 -3) rotatably mounted with respect to said mast (12) and at least three treatment stations (10-1, 10-2, 10-3), namely: A stunning and bleeding station (10-1), A scalding station (10-2), A plucking station (10-3), as well as rotation means (16) interposed between the static mast (12) and said arms (12-1, 12- 2, 12-3) mounted for rotation relative to the mast (12) in order to position each arm opposite any one of said stations.
