The present invention relates to a light module for a lighting and / or signaling optical unit of a motor vehicle, comprising first means for emitting light rays of a first color (11) and second means for emitting light rays of a second color (12) arranged on the same support plate (10), as well as a light guide (20) comprising a substantially flat transparent body (21) capable of receiving said light rays of different colors coming from said first and second light means (11, 12) and to guide them towards the same outlet front face (21A); characterized in that said first and second emission means (11, 12) have emission axes (A1, A2) substantially perpendicular to the mean plane of said transparent body (21), being arranged respectively on either side of said transparent body (21) so that their light rays penetrate into this body via two opposite inlet faces (21C, 21D) of the latter.
