[Problem] To provide an e-cigarette smoking tool capable of ensuring acquisition of more information relating to refill cartridges. [Solution] This e-cigarette smoking tool is provided with an e-cigarette smoking tool main body (110) and a refill cartridge (120) for smoking by means of attachment to the e-cigarette smoking tool main body. The e-cigarette smoking tool main body has a magnetic sensor (S) and a control circuit (L) for analyzing output signals from said sensor. The refill cartridge has a magnetic pattern (P). When the refill cartridge is attached to the e-cigarette smoking tool main body, the magnetic sensor detects a magnetic field generated by the magnetic pattern. Based on the above, it is possible to ensure the acquisition of more information relating to the refill cartridge compared to instances where changes in electrostatic capacity and the like are used.
