A panel light comprises a fireproof base plate 100, a fireproof cover (200, Fig. 1), a light guide assembly 300 and a light-emitting assembly 400. The fireproof base plate 100 has an aperture extending from top to bottom. The fireproof cover 200 is located on an upper side of the fireproof base plate 100 and forms a receiving cavity together with the fireproof base plate. The light guide assembly 300 comprises a light guide plate 310 located in the receiving cavity and a reflective film 320 is disposed on an upper surface of the light guide plate 310. The light emitting assembly 400 comprises a plurality of light emitting members 410 disposed and spaced apart around a circumference of the light guide plate 310. This improves the softness of the light and reduces the risk of fire.
