A laser light source (200) comprising a laser component (210), where the laser component (210) comprises a laser (211) and a circuit board (212), the laser (211) comprises a substrate (2113) and a light-emitting chip (2112) provided on the substrate, multiple pins (2111) extending outwards from the substrate (2113) are provided on a side of the substrate (2113), the circuit board (212) is provided on the side from which the pins (2111) extend, and the circuit board (212) is electrically connected to the pins (2111). The laser light source is simple to assemble and disassemble. Also provided is a laser projecting device.
