A display area hole packaging method, a display area hole packaging structure, and a display panel. The display area hole packaging method comprises: forming an intermediate layer having an isolation hole (13) and an assembling via hole (14) on a substrate (10), the isolation hole (13) dividing the intermediate layer into a display portion (11) and an isolation portion (12) separated from each other, and the assembling via hole (14) being separated from the isolation hole (13) by means of the isolation portion (12); forming a groove (126) in the side surface, facing the display portion (11) and/or in the side surface, deviating from the display portion (11), of the isolation portion (12); forming a light emitting layer, the light emitting layer comprising a fist light emitting portion formed on the display portion (11), a third light emitting portion (17) formed at the top layer of the isolation portion (12), and a second light emitting portion (16) and a fourth light emitting portion (18) which are formed on the substrate (10) and respectively located in the isolation hole (13) and the assembling via hole (14), the third light emitting portion (17) being separated from at least one of the second light emitting portion (16) and the fourth light emitting portion (18); and forming a packaging layer (19), the packaging layer (19) covering the light emitting layer and the isolation portion (12) and filling in the groove (126).
