The handbag comprises a side crown 2 which is sewn into a frusto-cone shape, with the rim of a top crown 1 sewn onto one of its rims. Onto the opposite rim, a separate frusto-cone-shaped side crown 3 is sewn in such a manner that the inner edge of a brim 4 (or 6, Fig. 3) is sandwiched between side crowns 2 and 3, and such that the side crown 2, the top crown 1, and the side crown 3 are all sewn together. A fastener 5 is attached to the opposite, free rim of the side crown 3. The handbag of Fig. 1 when opened is converted into the hat of Fig. 2 by turning inside out and upside down, the brim 4 which was inside the bag now being on the outside, and the crown 3 being folded inside the hat to lie next to crown 2. 展开▼
