The present invention relates to a deep learning-based multiple skin lesion detection system, a multiple lesion detection method, and a computer-readable recording medium having a program for implementing the same. The system according to the present invention is capable of accurately distinguishing and detecting various skin lesions having similar characteristics, based on a situation-dependent decision structure in which local spatial correlation between various skin lesions in the skin is considered.
