PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a decrease in the amount of glucosinolate in a food or drink containing glucosinolate due to aging. [Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the problem, the inventors of the present invention have made extensive studies and discovered that a glucosinolate-containing food or drink contains a chelating agent. Preferably, the chelating agent is ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid. More preferably, in the glucosinolate-containing food or drink, the relationship between the molar concentration [A] of the chelating agent and the molar concentration [B] of iron ions is [A] / [B] ≧ 0.1. .
