[中文文摘]首次采用Ultra -flo超滤系统去除不经预处理的维生素C发酵液中残留的菌丝体和蛋白质等杂质 .用截留分子量为 3万的Ultra -flo膜过滤维生素C发酵液 ,滤液质量高 ,平均膜通量可高达 150L/ (m2 ·h)左右 ,且膜通量衰减较慢 ,说明Ultra -flo超滤系统处理能力强且可长时间稳定运行 .此超滤系统现已被工业应用.[英文文摘]Ultrafiltration membrane separation was used to remove impurities (mycelium, protein etc.) from vitamin C fermentation liquor, which was not pretreated. The result showed that No.1 membrane, whose molecular weight cutoff is 30 000, is most effective in Ultra-flo membrane system. The average flux can be as high as 150 L/(m 2·h) and declines quite slowly. This means that the processing capacity of Ultra-flo membrane system is high and it already is acceptable for industrial applications.
