中国信用缺失问题的合约经济学分析

摘要

我国目前的信用缺失问题,从根本上说是一个制度性问题。要改变我国的信用现状,就需要重建社会信用体系,不断地促进市场上各种信息的流动和公开,使相关当事人无法通过隐瞒自身信息来获得额外利益,从而实现信息的真实性,实现社会信用水平的改善和提高。It is radically an institutional problem that problem of defects and missing of credit exists at present in China. To change credit status in quo, we need to restructure social credit system and make various information in markets more liquid and more open and make interrelated party unable to obtain additional benefits by holding back information so as to disclose genuine information. In this way, they are made to observe credit and to work honestly, participating in social division of labor, therefore bringing about the improvement of social credit degree.
