[中文文摘]在实验室自制荧光仪上发展了全内反射荧光测定装置， 可测量液液介面荧光光谱， 证明了界面和本体荧光光谱的差异．[英文文摘]A setup for detecting total internal reflection fluorescence has been developed in a laboratory-constructed spectrofluorimeter.Interfacial fluorescence spectra of compoundsat liquid-liquid interface can be measured by the setup.The differences between inter-facial and bulk fluorescence spectra have been confirmed.
