摘要

In order for children at every school to acquire the basic abilities to have healthy dietary lives, it is necessary to secure certain learning opportunities and quality of study in dietary education at every school. In this study, therefore, we clarified the present states and issues of collaboration between nutrition staff and school personnel as well as support systems in food-related guidance. In addition, we clarified the present state of education on lifestyle-related diseases in food-related guidance. As the study method, we used the questionnaire survey of a total of 355 nutrition staff members in three districts of A, B, and C. The items that students need to acquire through school meal / dietary education are diverse, and the priority placed on prevention of lifestyle-related diseases was not high among the goals of food-related guidance. Furthermore, many nutritionists think they have not studied enough to implement education on prevention of lifestyle-related diseases. As such, there are issues regarding education on prevention of lifestyle-related diseases. Also, it became clear that nutritionists thought food-related guidance depended on the school’s situation and the support system by the government and school were inadequate.
