Building of Assist System for NC Programming(1st Report:Development of Judgement Software for NC Program using Knowledge Base)

摘要

Students have to code NC programs by manual works in the practice using NC machine tools. Check of the NC program coded by students is a serious problem. But, we can not find the effective software to check the NC program. The assist system to check the NC program is developed. This system consist of the judgement software for the NC program and the software for displaying the cutter path. In this paper, the development of the judgement software with the knowledge bases is presented. As an example, the application to the student practice using the machining center is shown. A prototype expert system can assist that the student who has no knowledge and experiment about the NC programming studies the NC programming by himself. Owing to this system developed, the security in the student practice is kept and the labor of instructor is reduced.
