Training has become an integral part of Human Rcsource Development Any training module can beudeffective only when it is able to create suitable behavioural changes in the individual. Such training strategies andudmodules are needed in the agricultural sector in general and export-oriented crops in particular to enhance farmudproduction and exports and thereby improve the socio-economic conditions of the farmers.
