From 11.06.06 to 16.06.06, the Dagstuhl Seminar 06241 ``Human Motion - Understanding, Modeling, Capture and Animation. 13th Workshop "Theoretical Foundations of Computer Vision"u27u27 was heldin the International Conference and Research Center (IBFI),Schloss Dagstuhl.During the seminar, several participants presented their currentresearch, and ongoing work and open problems were discussed. Abstracts ofthe presentations given during the seminar as well as abstracts ofseminar results and ideas are put together in this paper. The first sectiondescribes the seminar topics and goals in general.
