Repatriates in Post-War Gifu City and Housing Development : Transition Process From Black Market to Agglomeration

The black market in Gifu city was constructed in 1946 by the miserable repatriates who were led by able but too characteristic leader. Growing up their apparel transaction, they became confident. Then after expelling their leader who forced them to the disgusted housing business, they started pursuing their apparel business and turned to business persons. Through this process, they were reintegrated to their mother country.
