Configuration and Characteristic of NC Lathe and Machining-Center Automatically Controlled by CAD/CAM

Since the recent progress of computers are remarkable, computers bring on a great change in daily life. In the industrial field, it is also used for control of machine tools and every kind of the work from design to production are completely transfigured. The latest NC Lathe and Machining-Center introduced to this faculty of engineering last year are automatically capable of manufacturing by using a high level CAD/CAM program and LAN (local area network) which is stretched wires around the factory. Accordingly, everyone became to be able to manufacture with high accuracy and uniformity easily. Therefore, the efficiency and the safety of the work were improved extremely.
