On the Foaming Phenomenons of Froth-making Solutions in the Self-evaporation (3rd report) : The Frothing-power of Gelatin Solution

摘要

The author already reported about the factors affect for the frothing-power of saponin solution in the self-evaporation. The conclusions of the experimental results on the frothing-power of gelatin solution, the author found out that; those identical factors were also applied for the case of gelatin solution.
