Keyword : vocabulary, teaching media, part of human body.ududEnglish as a language in international communication is clearly needed to interact in a variety of circumstance, especially young learners. This young learners needed more effort to teach, that is why teaching media will help teacher to distribute the knowledge of English, including vocabulary. The objective of this study is to find out the teaching media and to describe how the media is used and implemented by teacher in teaching vocabulary of part of human body for fourth grade students of SDN Salamrojo1 – Nganjuk.ududThe subject of this study isone English teacher who teaches the fourth grades. The study was conducted in two meetings. First meeting was held on 28th of April, 2016, while the second meeting was held on 5th of May, 2016. The instruments used were interview and observation.ududThe result shows that the teaching media that are used on the class to teach vocabulary of part of human body were divided into visual and audio visual media. Visual media used were: picture, blackboard, scrambled pieces of alphabet cards, portable board, and real objects or asking one student as model to show the part of human body, while the audio visual used was a notebook connected to LCD Projector. As a suggestion for the teacher, she may study from different sources, likes books or internet to increase her ability in English, find a variation of media, and make a good timing to use the media; therefore teaching and learning process will be more effective and attractive for the students.
