A study of actual condition of ownership and intention of utilizing the land in Local City：Case Study of Central District in Fukui City

摘要

This paper aims to clarify the actual condition of ownership of large landowners and their intention of utilizingthe land. The conclusion are as follows:1)The large landowners has many unused lands but has a strong intention to continue owing them, therefore theygreatly influence the land use at this area.2) The blocks occupied by many vacant land owner by some large landowners, it is relatively easy to agree with theintegral development of them.3) The large landowners think a heavy burden to own many lands. And 70%of them say they can cooperate anexchange and a rent of lands to gather them.
