INVESTIGATION OF FUEL INJECTION SYSTEMS (4th Report) Simulation of the Fuel Injection Process of Diesl Engine by Analog Computer

摘要

This paper deals with the analog computation for the Diesel fuel injectionsystem. ln the previous paper， authors considered the simulation for the pipeline system. As an application of this method，a pipe line of the fuel injectinequipment of the high speed engine is simulated by an equivalent system whichconsists of two rnasses. three springs and three darnpers.The results obtained by the analog computer simulation showed a fairly goodagreement with the experimental resu1ts. It is considered that the perforrnanceof the fuel injection system is affected by the changes of the elements andtheir dimensions.
