摘要

In the present paper, a new lifting-surface theory forviscous flow is described. The theory is based on the Imai'selementary solutions of the three-dimensional incompressibleOseen flow. The lifting force on a flat plate in the viscousflow can be calculated by means of the theory which consists ofthe following three steps: (1) The first step is to find approximatelythe vorticity distribution by means of the liftingsurfacetheory of D.E.Davies on the assumptionofinvicid flow,(2) the second is to calculate the induced velocity due to theviscous component of the kernel for the vorticity distributionfound in the first step, (3) the third is to calculate thevorticity distribution and the lifting force applied on a flatplate by mea~s of the D.E.Davies's method, after modifying theinduced velocity of the boundary conditions by substitution ofthat estimated in the second step. The effects of viscosi ty offluid and of aspect ratio of a rectangular flat plate on thelifting force are discussed by using some computational results.
